- Role OverviewSNS Square / iHub is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead end-to-end service and product development initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, proven program management experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across service and product development.
- Define project scope, roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to align objectives and monitor progress.
- Mentor and guide engineering and delivery teams to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Identify potential risks and dependencies, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, delivery timelines, and project governance processes.
- Monitor project performance and drive continuous improvement across development and delivery workflows.

3. Required Skills and QualificationsA. Technical Expertise

- Hands-on experience in product development and service delivery.
- Knowledge of programming technologies such as Java, Python, MERN Stack, or MEAN Stack.
- Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and automation.
- Exposure to AI,



Large Language Models (LLMs), or Data Science will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles and technology-driven product development.

B. Program and Project Management

- Experience in managing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall.
- Familiarity with project management tools, reporting frameworks, and delivery tracking.
- Ability to manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations effectively.

C. Leadership and Interpersonal Skills

- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Robust analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

4. Preferred CertificationsCandidates with any of the following certifications will have an added advantage:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
- PRINCE2
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Other relevant project or program management certifications
