Corprights is launching a current SOP & Process Excellence department, and we’re hiring its first team member: a senior consultant who can independently lead SOP audits, implementation, and reviews for SME clients across KSA, and who will help build and train the team.

What you’ll do

- Assess clients’ current end-to-end processes to find inefficiencies, bottlenecks, duplication, and control gaps
- Run process walkthroughs, stakeholder interviews, and workshops
- Do root-cause analysis and find opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate
- Map current-state and future-state process flows and identify automation opportunities
- Make sure redesigned processes are practical, scalable, and aligned with policy and compliance requirements
- Write SOPs, procedures, and policies for client departments
- Work with Corprights’ Compliance and ERP teams on joint client projects
- Hire, train, and mentor future team members





What you need

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SOP consulting and Business Process Re-engineering (BPR)
- A portfolio of SOPs and process documentation you have personally written and implemented
- Strong process-mapping skills (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar)
- Experience leading client workshops and stakeholder interviews on your own
- GCC experience strongly preferred; Saudi experience is a plus
- Willingness to travel to client sites
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage

Please do not apply if your background is mainly in general operations, HR, accounting, quality control, IT, or project management without direct SOP/BPR consulting experience.
