Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Chennai, India (Onsite)

Work Shift: UK Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, administration, enterprise implementations, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Develop custom functionality using Apex, Triggers, Trigger Frameworks, Queueable Apex, Batch Apex, and SOQL.
- Build user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
- Develop and configure solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Implement and support Agentforce solutions and Salesforce AI capabilities.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, Middleware, and ETL tools.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support.
- Follow Salesforce best practices, governor limits, order of execution, and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in Agile/Scrum activities.





Required Skills
- 5–7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Experience delivering at least 3 Salesforce implementations.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, LWC, and Aura.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and Order of Execution.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, VS Code, SFDX, Copado, or Gearset.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in enterprise environments and Agile/Scrum teams.

Good to Have
- MuleSoft integration experience.
- ServiceMax implementation and configuration experience.
- Knowledge of Work Orders, Installed Products, Contracts, Preventive Maintenance, and Service Agreements.
- ProntoForms integration experience.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Agentforce-related certifications.
