Role Description The Senior Real Estate Asset Manager – U.S.

Multifamily

Portfolio is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing the performance of a U.S. multifamily real estate portfolio, including monitoring asset-level financials, occupancy, rent growth, capital expenditures, and overall value creation. The individual will review and refine business plans for each asset, coordinate with external operating partners and property managers, and provide recommendations on leasing strategies, capital projects, and expense optimization.

Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models, preparing regular portfolio performance reports and presentations, supporting investment and disposition decisions through analysis and due diligence, and tracking adherence to investment theses and risk guidelines. The role also includes contributing to investment committee materials, participating in lender and investor communications,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reporting standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong asset management and investments skills, with experience managing or analyzing real estate portfolios, preferably multifamily assets.
- Candidates should possess solid finance and business planning skills, including financial modeling, cash flow analysis, forecasting, and preparation of budgets and performance plans.
- Candidates should possess robust due diligence skills, including review of financial, legal, market, and operational information to support acquisition, disposition, and refinancing decisions.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and quantitative skills, high proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools, and the ability to interpret complex data into clear insights.
- Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare presentations and reports for senior stakeholders and international clients.
- Relevant experience in U.S. real estate, particularly multifamily, and familiarity with U.S. market dynamics and terminology would be highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business, economics, real estate, or a related field is preferred, along with a track record of progressive responsibility in asset management or investment roles.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
