Job Purpose - We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Production Engineer – Injection Molding to oversee and optimize injection molding operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining machine efficiency, minimizing defects, and improving productivity while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Oversee the injection molding process to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.
- Manage machine setup, start-up, changeover, and shut-down procedures efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to injection molding machines, molds, and processes.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure optimal machine utilization.
- Continuously monitor process parameters and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
- Improve production efficiency by reducing rejection,



wastage, defects, and cycle time.
- Ensure manufactured parts meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Coordinate with the Quality team to identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain production records, machine logs, downtime reports, and daily performance reports.
- Train machine operators and production staff on best practices and process discipline.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, SOPs, and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, quality, and cost reduction.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Polymer, or Plastic Engineering, CIPET

Experience Required

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Injection Molding operations.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting molding defects and process optimization.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Injection Molding machines, molds, and processing parameters.
- Good understanding of molding defects and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of production planning and process improvement.
- Familiarity with quality systems and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Leadership and team handling capability.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
