Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop performance test strategies, scenarios, workloads, and execution plans based on application and business requirements.
- Create, enhance, parameterize, and execute performance test scripts using Apache JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Conduct load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing across relevant application environments.
- Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and application performance risks.
- Prepare performance test reports and provide evidence-based recommendations to improve application stability and response times.

Skills Required:

- 5 - 9 years of relevant experience in performance testing or performance engineering.




- Strong experience in performance testing using Apache JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Ability to design realistic workload models and performance test scenarios.
- Experience analyzing response times, throughput, resource utilization, and scalability behavior.
- Hands-on capability in performance test scripting, execution, result analysis, and reporting.

Valuable to Have:
- Experience with NeoLoad for performance test scripting and execution.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
