BlueSky Sustainable Business LLP is a sustainability and social impact advisory organisation working with corporates and foundations on CSR Advisory – Design & Implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation, SROI and Impact Assessment.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR A skilled with 7–12 years of relevant experience in CSR advisory/consulting, CSR strategy, social impact consulting, programme design and evaluation, impact assessment, for corporates and foundations. The position is based out of Bangalore office.

Client & Project Leadership

· Independently lead client meetings, presentations and project discussions.

· Manage multiple engagements, teams, timelines, quality and client expectations.

· Review and guide the work of team members and external resources.

· Represent BlueSky professionally in client and industry forums.

Business Development & Practice Operations

· Build and manage a qualified client pipeline by identifying target organisations, tracking opportunities and developing relationships with decision-makers.

· Convert opportunities into engagements through proposal development, scoping, technical approaches,



commercials and client pitches.

· Identify emerging client needs and contribute to developing new CSR advisory offerings.

You have

· Deep understanding of the CSR and social impact ecosystem.

· Experience in independently managing consulting assignments and teams.

· Commercial awareness and business development capability.

· Ability to manage client delivery and the operational discipline

· Intellectual curiosity, ownership and entrepreneurial attitude

Experience in a consulting firm, Big 4, corporate CSR function, foundation or specialist social impact organisation is relevant—but we are more interested in what you have done than where you have worked.
