Roles & Responsibilities:

- Hands- on- experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, NDAs, SoWs and other legal agreements.
- Responsible for legal documentation of Vendor and Customer Onboarding.
- Assisting the Company Secretary with corporate compliance, maintenance of statutory registers and records,
- Responsible for board meeting documentation, and corporate governance matters.
- Must have strong hands-on experience in legal drafting skills and knowledge of Indian corporate and contract laws are preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure services would be an added advantage

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.); additional qualifications in Corporate Law or Company Secretary (CS) will be an advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience in contract drafting, review, negotiation, and corporate legal compliance.
- Solid knowledge of Indian contract law, corporate law, and commercial legal frameworks.
- Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Experience handling vendor and customer agreements in a corporate environment.
- Exposure to corporate governance, statutory compliance, and board documentation processes.




- Understanding of IT Infrastructure Services, Managed Services, or Technology-related contracts will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
