What You'll Do o Research on ADR and ODR and stay updated with latest trends and court rulings o Administer disputes on Presolv360’s ODR platform o Provide administrative and technical assistance to parties and neutrals in the dispute resolution process o Manage dispute communication and assist in case management o Provide task support to and co-ordinate with neutrals o Handle the neutral empanelment process o Monitor, review and optimize legal work, enterprise & neutral efficiency o Build a driven balanced team and streamline internal processes o Strategize trainings for internal and external stakeholders to sensitize them about ODR processes o Manage judicial requisitions and correspondence - prepare responses and pleadings for cases filed against or involving the organization.
o Locate and define process improvement opportunities o Collaborate, troubleshoot,
and work with other teams to solve challenges o Ideate and innovate to catalyze the revolution of dispute resolution in India
Skills/Qualifications o 3+ years’ experience, preferably in dispute resolution o LLB / LLM graduate o Well versed with the concepts of alternative dispute resolution (‘ADR’) and ODR o Excellent drafting and written and verbal communication skills o Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively o Manage, mentor and provide guidance to junior legal associates o Advance proficiency in word processing software (like MS Word)
o Eye for detail o Willingness to learn and take initiative o Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing technology landscapes.
