Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end interior design projects, from concept development to final execution, for residential and commercial spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients to understand requirements, developing design concepts, preparing layouts, and coordinating with project teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery. The role involves overseeing space planning, material selection, and quality standards, while mentoring junior designers and collaborating closely with architects and contractors.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular presence at the office and project sites.

Designer will also support business growth by contributing design ideas, maintaining client relationships, and upholding Bizzoppo Interiors’ design standards.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Interior Design and FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, with the ability to create cohesive and functional design solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in Space Planning, ensuring efficient and ergonomic use of residential and commercial spaces.
- Knowledge of Architecture fundamentals and Construction Drawings, enabling effective collaboration with contractors and project teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high design quality.
- Proficiency in design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools) and familiarity with current design trends and materials.
- Strong client communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts clearly and negotiate requirements.
- Previous experience in a senior or lead interior design role, ideally within residential or commercial design firms.
- A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
