Role Description:

The Senior Architect role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The individual in this role will lead architectural design from concept to execution, prepare and review drawings, coordinate with consultants, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards. Daily responsibilities include guiding project teams, supervising design documentation, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and resolving design and coordination issues throughout the project lifecycle.

The Senior

Architect will also contribute to project planning, support quality control, mentor junior team members, and assist in aligning design solutions with project budgets and timelines.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and design detailing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, with experience in scheduling, coordination, and managing multidisciplinary project teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in Integration, with the ability to align architectural design with structural, MEP, and interior design requirements.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Software Development concepts as they relate to design tools, BIM workflows, and digital collaboration platforms, where applicable.




- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools) and robust technical drawing skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and relevant professional registration or eligibility to register.
- Several years of experience in leading architectural projects, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, transportation, or complex engineering sectors.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to mentor team members and work collaboratively on-site in Mumbai.
