We are looking for experienced architects who can take ownership of projects from concept through development and execution.
What you will do
- Lead architectural projects and project teams
- Develop design concepts and translate them into detailed architectural proposals
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams
- Review drawings, models and design development
- Guide junior architects and support their professional development
- Coordinate with the approvals and liaison team where required
- Maintain quality, design intent and project timelines
- Contribute to design presentations, competitions and new business proposals
What we are looking for
- Strong architectural design and technical understanding
- Ability to independently lead projects and teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of construction and documentation
- Proficiency in relevant architectural software
- 5+ years of relevant skilled experience preferred
