We are recruiting for an AI Solution Developer in the Legal, Risk Management and Compliance (LRMC) team.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop Low code AI agents/solutions using platforms such as Copilot Studio, Gemini Agent Space, AIQ, Coworker, and future enterprise AI technologies.

- Build, test, and optimize conversational agents, copilots, knowledge assistants, and AI-driven user experiences.
- Develop and refine prompts, instructions, grounding strategies, and orchestration logic to improve solution quality and reliability.
- Configure and maintain knowledge sources, retrieval strategies, and supporting content repositories.
- Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX Designers, and testing resources to ensure AI solutions meet business requirements and user needs.
- Establish reusable prompt patterns, solution templates, and development standards across AI initiatives.
- Support governance, security, compliance, testing, and deployment activities throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Monitor solution effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Assist with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and production support related to AI solutions.

Qualifications

Mandatory technical & functional skills
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in AI agent/solution development or enterprise application development.




- Hands-on experience developing conversational agents, copilots, knowledge assistants, or generative AI solutions.
- Experience with at least one enterprise AI platform such as Copilot Studio, Gemini Agent Space, AIQ, or Coworker.
- Solid knowledge of prompt engineering, agent instructions, grounding strategies, retrieval-augmented generation, and orchestration logic.
- Experience configuring knowledge sources, retrieval strategies, and supporting content repositories.
- Understanding of AI solution testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, compliance, responsible AI, and solution lifecycle controls.
- Ability to collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX Designers, developers, and testing teams.

Preferred technical & functional skills
- Experience across multiple enterprise AI platforms and emerging generative AI technologies.
- Experience creating reusable prompt patterns, solution templates, and AI development standards.
- Knowledge of user experience design principles for conversational and AI-driven solutions.
- Understanding of risk management, compliance, governance, or other regulated business domains.
- Experience working in Agile, cross-functional product delivery environments.
