Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sr Accountant to oversee the company's financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial reporting, along with hands-on experience in Tally ERP.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP.

Handle Accounts

Receivable (AR) and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

Manage Vendor

Billing, invoice verification, and timely vendor payments. Prepare and file GST Returns while ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations.

Perform Bank

Reconciliation on a regular basis and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate and support Internal and Statutory Audits by preparing required financial documents and reports. Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, journals, and financial records.



Monitor cash flow and prepare periodic financial statements and MIS reports. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards, and company policies. Reconcile customer and vendor accounts and resolve outstanding issues. Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders. Assist management in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control initiatives. Identify process improvements and implement financial controls to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting. MBA (Finance), M.Com, CA Inter, or CMA will be an added advantage. 4–6 years of experience in Finance & Accounts. Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP. Sound understanding of Accounts Receivable, GST, Vendor Management, Bank Reconciliation, Auditing, and Financial Reporting. Good knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.

CTC: As per industry standards (Based on experience and current compensation)
