Role Description The Senior Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Netherlands, responsible for managing key client accounts and driving measurable marketing results.

The Senior Account

Manager will coordinate with internal teams, prepare performance reports, communicate insights, and lead regular client meetings to maintain solid relationships and high satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include briefing and reviewing deliverables, monitoring campaign performance, optimizing based on data, and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities. The role also includes supporting new business pitches, contributing to case studies, and helping refine internal processes for better client experience.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a digital agency or startup environment, preferably in an account executive or client-facing role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple accounts, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
