We are looking for a Molecular Biology professional with hands-on experience in antibody V-gene sequencing to join our Antibody Discovery team.

Experience: 3–5 years

Education: M.Sc. / M.Tech. in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences or related disciplines

What we’re looking for:

- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on antibody V-gene sequencing / V-gene recovery experience
- Strong experience in molecular cloning, PCR, DNA isolation, plasmid preparation and sequence analysis
- Hands-on experience with RNA isolation from B cells and/or hybridoma cells and cDNA synthesis
- Experience in amplification and recovery of VH and VL antibody sequences
- Positive understanding of antibody heavy/light chains, variable and constant regions, framework regions and CDR1/CDR2/CDR3
- Ability to interpret sequencing data and troubleshoot challenges such as poor amplification, mixed sequences and ambiguous reads
- Familiarity with tools such as IMGT/V-QUEST, IgBLAST, SnapGene, Geneious or equivalent would be an advantage

The role will support antibody discovery and recombinant DNA workflows, with a strong focus on accurate sequence recovery, annotation and experimental troubleshooting.
