Job Purpose/ Summary To plan maintenance activities, handle breakdowns and ensure 100% of avaialability of machine

The Executive in the Engineering & Maintenance department will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive maintenance activities to ensure the optimal performance and availability of machinery. This role requires a proactive approach to handling breakdowns and implementing preventive maintenance strategies to achieve 100% machine availability. The Executive will manage spare parts inventory effectively to minimize downtime and ensure timely availability of necessary components.

Monitoring energy consumption and developing projects aimed at enhancing energy efficiency will be a key focus. The role demands upholding and enforcing the highest safety and security standards across all plant locations. The Executive will also be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to minimize machine downtime.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes.



The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills and a global mindset to excel in this dynamic setting.
