Work arrangement: Hybrid, with work-from-home flexibility

Experience: 1–6 years The Role

We’re looking for a Scan-to-BIM Modeler with experience converting laser scans and point-cloud data into accurate Archicad models. You’ll help turn existing building conditions into transparent, well-organized BIM documentation.

Responsibilities

- Review and work with point-cloud data from building surveys.
- Create Archicad models from scans, including walls, floors, roofs, doors, and windows.
- Check model geometry and dimensions against the point cloud.
- Organize project files and views for clear team handover.




- Coordinate with the project team and flag areas where scan information is incomplete or unclear.

Requirements

- 1–6 years of experience with Archicad and as-built or Scan-to-BIM modeling.
- Familiarity with point-cloud formats and tools such as E57, RCP/RCS, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret existing building conditions.
- A portfolio or sample project demonstrating relevant work.
