Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant with 9+ years of SAP implementation and support experience, including extensive exposure to SAP S/4HANA. The candidate should possess strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, SAP SD configuration, business process analysis, integrations with cross-functional modules, and end-to-end implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support SAP SD implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Gather business requirements and design SAP SD solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Configure and customize SAP SD processes including:
- Sales Order Processing
- Quotations and Contracts
- Pricing and Condition Techniques
- Credit Management
- ATP (Available-to-Promise)
- Delivery Processing
- Shipping and Transportation
- Billing and Invoicing
- Returns Management
- Design and configure output management, partner determination, text determination, and copy controls.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize Order-to-Cash processes.
- Manage integration with:
- SAP MM
- SAP FI/CO
- SAP WM/EWM
- SAP TM
- SAP GTS
- Support data migration activities using SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, and other migration tools.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and go-live activities.
- Prepare functional specifications for developments, enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows.
- Collaborate with ABAP, BASIS, Fiori, and integration teams.




- Provide production support and issue resolution within SLA timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Mandatory Requirements

- 9+ years of SAP SD experience.
- Minimum 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- Minimum 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration project.
- Solid expertise in O2C processes.
- Hands-on configuration experience in SAP SD.
- Client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
