About the Role

Role : SAP PP Lead | Location : Bangalore / Hybrid | Experience : 10+ Years |Role Type : Permanent

Responsibilities

- Lead SAP PP COE activities, solution governance, and process standardization.
- Drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Manage production planning processes, MRP, BOMs, routings, work centers, and production orders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SAP MM, QM, SD, and FI/CO.
- Drive continuous improvement, production support, stakeholder management, and team mentoring.

Required Skills

- 10+ Years of SAP experience with solid SAP PP functional expertise.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, MRP, capacity planning, and production planning.
- Experience in SAP PP configuration, integration, testing, and support.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.
