Key Responsibilities

SAP MM (Materials Management)

- Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate vendor onboarding and master data maintenance.
- Track material availability, inventory, goods receipts (GRN), and stock transfers.
- Support procurement planning for project and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely receipt and reconciliation of materials in SAP.
- Resolve procurement and inventory-related system issues.

SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)

- Create and maintain customer sales orders.
- Process order releases, deliveries, billing, and invoicing activities.
- Monitor order execution from booking to revenue realization.
- Coordinate with Sales, SCM, Finance, and Project teams for order fulfillment.
- Manage customer master data and pricing conditions.
- Support revenue recognition and order closure activities.

SI Business Support

- Support end-to-end project execution for System Integration projects.
- Track material procurement against project requirements.




- Monitor project margins, billing milestones, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure SAP transactions accurately reflect business operations.
- Generate operational reports for leadership reviews.
- Support audits, compliance requirements, and process governance initiatives.

Skills Required

- Strong SAP MM and SD knowledge.
- Understanding of PR, PO, GRN, Inventory, Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, and Customer Master.
- Knowledge of SI project lifecycle and order management.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid Excel and reporting capabilities.

Preferred Experience

- 3-8 years of SAP MM/SD operations experience.
- Experience in System Integration, Technology Solutions, Networking, Data Center, or IT Services business.
- Exposure to order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
