Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesforce Admin cum Developer role based in Panchkula. The role involves managing Salesforce.com administration tasks, including user management, security settings, data management, and configuration of objects and fields. The individual will design and implement validation rules, workflows, dashboards, and reports to support business requirements and improve data quality.

Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing stakeholder requirements, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions, and performing system testing and documentation. The role also requires collaborating with cross-functional teams,



providing user support and training, and ensuring adherence to best practices and platform updates.

Qualifications

- Strong Salesforce.com Administration skills, including user management, security, data management, and configuration.
- Proficiency in creating Validation Rules and configuring Dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for understanding requirements, interpreting data, and optimizing Salesforce processes.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders, documenting solutions, and providing user training.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and preferably basic development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components) is beneficial.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) is preferred; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a structured on-site workplace in Panchkula, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to evolving business needs.
