Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Specialist role based in Bangalore .

The Sales

Specialist will engage directly with walk-in and appointment-based customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable artworks and framing solutions. Daily responsibilities include presenting product features, explaining the heritage and craftsmanship behind each piece, managing inquiries, and supporting the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The role involves maintaining showroom displays,



coordinating with the operations team on orders and deliveries, and updating customer records in sales systems or CRM tools.

The Sales

Specialist will also participate in sales promotions, events, and training sessions to stay informed about new collections and improve sales performance.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with diverse customers.
- Customer Service skills focused on building rapport, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive buying experience.
- Proven Sales skills, with experience in consultative selling, lead follow-up, and closing deals.
- Basic Training and Sales Management exposure, such as guiding team members, sharing product knowledge, or assisting with sales targets.
- Interest in art, design, or Indian heritage crafts, with the ability to learn and convey product stories effectively.
- Comfort working in an on-site retail or showroom environment, including weekend or holiday shifts as needed.
- Prior experience in premium retail, art galleries, luxury décor, or related domains is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, Arts, or a related field is preferred.
