About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with experience in the interior design or interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and networking skills, along with the ability to convert leads into satisfied clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Understand client requirements and explain suitable interior design solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Network with architects, builders, and other professionals to generate referrals.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, site visits, and consultations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,
and sales activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
- Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure smooth client handovers.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in the interior design or interior fit-out industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in lead calling, follow-ups, and client conversion.
- Good presentation and reporting skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
