Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role based in Mumbai.

The Sales

Officer will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the sales pipeline for diagnostic and machinery solutions. Daily activities include meeting with prospective and existing clients, presenting product offerings, preparing quotations, and negotiating terms to close sales. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports.

Officer will provide responsive customer service, support channel partners, and contribute to achieving overall sales targets and market growth.

Qualifications

- Solid customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication abilities.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to manage and grow a sales portfolio.
- Knowledge of Channel Sales and relationship management with distributors or partners.
- Prior sales experience in machinery, medical devices, diagnostics, or related industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, travel locally for client meetings, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools for tracking leads and sales activities.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
