About the Role

PHP Radius is looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our ISP management and billing software. The ideal candidate will generate qualified leads, conduct product demonstrations, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into customers.

Responsibilities

- Generate B2B leads through calls, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, referrals, and digital campaigns
- Identify and approach ISPs, broadband providers, and cable operators
- Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information in the CRM
- Support customers during onboarding and coordinate with internal teams
- Plan social media, email, and other marketing activities
- Monitor competitors,



industry trends, and customer feedback
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or a related field
- Fresh graduates only—no previous work experience required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and video calls
- Basic knowledge of social media, email, spreadsheets, and computers
- Self-motivated, confident, organised, and willing to learn
- Valuable command of English and Hindi
- Interest in technology, software, sales, and digital marketing
