We are looking for motivated Sales Executives to expand our market presence across Bihar.
The candidate will be responsible for meeting retailers, distributors, and farmers, generating new leads, and promoting our products in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
● Expand the market and develop new business opportunities in the assigned area.
● Visit retailers and distributors to promote products and build business relationships.
● Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
● Conduct farm demonstrations to explain product benefits to farmers.
● Organize and participate in farmer meetings to promote products.
● Build and maintain solid relationships with retailers, distributors, and farmers.
● Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales reports.
● Monitor market activities and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
● Minimum qualification: graduate
● Candidates with Agriculture or related backgrounds are preferred.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Willingness to travel within the assigned area and visit rural markets.
● Interest in sales, marketing, and fieldwork.
● Freshers are welcome to apply; prior sales experience will be an added advantage.
