Role Description This is a full-time Sales Manager role in a hybrid work arrangement, with primary responsibilities based in Rajarhat and some flexibility for work from home.

The Sales

Manager will lead sales initiatives, build and manage a pipeline of corporate and individual clients, and develop strategies to expand Car Ninza’s market presence. Daily activities include identifying recent business opportunities, conducting client meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with operations and marketing teams to coordinate promotional campaigns, track performance metrics,



and refine sales processes.

The Sales

Manager will be expected to mentor sales team members, set targets, and monitor progress to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in sales planning, territory management, and pipeline development for B2C and/or B2B markets.
- Experience in client relationship management, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and use CRM or sales management tools to track performance and forecast revenue.
- Background in automotive services, consumer services, or sustainability-focused businesses is an advantage.
- Proven leadership capabilities, including team guidance, target setting, and performance coaching.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to manage on-site duties in Rajarhat and remote tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales management.
