SafarGuide is a travel agency offering customized domestic and international holiday packages, group tours, and personalized travel experiences. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help us grow our business and turn travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, phone calls, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Prepare and share quotations, itineraries, and travel package details.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain customer records and regularly update lead status in the CRM or Excel.
- Build strong customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team and travel partners to ensure a smooth booking experience.
- Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle leads, follow up consistently, and close sales.
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel packages is preferred.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, MS Excel, and social media.
- Positive attitude, customer-focused approach, and target-oriented mindset.
