Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based at our Hyderabad campus in Begumpet.

The Sales

Executive will handle daily outreach to prospective students and families through calls, messages, emails, and in-person consultations, clearly explaining our courses, exam preparation offerings, and career pathways in aviation. This role includes managing inquiries, conducting follow-ups, guiding applicants through admissions and enrollment processes, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal systems.



The position requires consistent on-site presence to welcome walk-ins, represent the institute professionally, and support a positive experience for learners and visitors.

Qualifications

- Proven ability in sales, student counseling, or customer-facing roles, with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
- Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic online communication platforms.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
- Interest in the aviation or education sector; prior experience in training institutes, coaching centers, or academic admissions is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Hyderabad (Begumpet), including occasional evenings or weekends for events and admissions drives.
- Minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or equivalent experience in sales or education services.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to ethical, learner-focused sales practices.
