About the Role
Crownstone LLP is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our Gurgaon team. You will generate new business by identifying prospects, reaching out to decision-makers and moving leads through the sales pipeline. If you enjoy cold calling, build relationships easily and want to grow in HR consulting sales, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email and other channels.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers such as HR heads, CXOs and business leaders.
- Pitch our services clearly and set up meetings and calls for the senior team.
- Maintain and update leads, follow-ups and pipeline details in the CRM or tracker.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to move them toward conversion.
- Research target companies and industries to build quality prospect lists.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets for calls, meetings and conversions.
- Coordinate with the recruitment and delivery teams to understand client requirements.
- Share regular reports on outreach activity and pipeline progress.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, business development or lead generation.
- Hands-on experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Graduate from a reputed college or university.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, persistent and comfortable handling rejection.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and LinkedIn.
- Willingness to work from the office in Gurgaon.
Preferred
- Prior experience in an HR consulting, staffing or recruitment firm.
- Experience selling services (B2B) rather than products.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
