Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Secunderābād, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging prospective members and partners, managing the sales pipeline, and converting qualified leads into active participants in the NRI Federation ecosystem. Day-to-day work includes conducting outreach via calls, meetings, and digital channels; presenting platform perks; responding to inquiries; and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the engagement cycle.

The specialist will support marketing initiatives, such as campaigns and events,



collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, and provide feedback on market trends and client needs. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing regular performance reports, and participating in training or knowledge-sharing sessions to continuously improve sales and customer engagement strategies.
