Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Bangalore. The specialist will engage with customers in the showroom and through direct outreach, understand their requirements, present suitable carpet and rug options, and guide them through the purchasing process. Daily responsibilities include managing sales inquiries, building and maintaining client relationships, coordinating with the production and design teams for customized orders, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads.





The role also involves supporting marketing initiatives such as local promotions, social media coordination, participation in design or trade events, and collecting market feedback to refine sales strategies. The specialist will contribute to training and development of junior sales staff, track sales performance, and help create a customer experience aligned with the brand’s craftsmanship and quality values.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management abilities to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to coach and support junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement in sales practices.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in retail, interior design, furnishings, or a related industry, with an understanding of luxury or customized products.
- Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in basic computer and CRM tools, robust organizational skills, and the ability to work on-site in Varanasi.
- Candidates with a relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and proficiency in English and local languages, will be preferred.
