Gridvane AI Solutions is a digital and Web services company in Madurai. We help local businesses grow with web design, web development, digital marketing, social media content, custom software development and promotional video production.
The role
You will bring in new leads through telecalling, follow up consistently, and close clients for our services.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate current leads
- Explain Gridvane's services clearly and understand what each client needs
- Follow up with leads by call and WhatsApp until they reach a decision
- Schedule meetings and demos with interested clients
- Negotiate and close deals
- Keep lead and follow-up records up to date
- Share progress and results with the team regularly
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT sales, telecalling, or a marketing-related role
- Clear, confident communication in Tamil and English
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection
- Good follow-up discipline and basic record keeping
- Able to work independently in a remote setup
Added advantage
- Prior IT or digital services sales experience
- Basic knowledge of websites, SEO, or social media marketing
