Role Description This is a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Jaipur, offered in a hybrid format with some flexibility for work from home. The specialist will develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns to grow audience reach and advertising revenue, focusing on digital news products and services. Daily work includes identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting advertising solutions, managing relationships with current partners, and ensuring high-quality customer service.

The role also involves supporting marketing content and promotional activities, tracking campaign performance, preparing reports,



and collaborating with editorial and digital teams to align sales strategies with brand goals. The specialist will participate in training sessions, contribute to process improvements, and help maintain Golden Hind News’s reputation in the market.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth and manage pipelines and client accounts.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding of team members and assist in client education on products and services.
- Candidates should possess basic digital and social media marketing awareness to support campaigns in a digital news environment.
- Relevant experience in media, digital news, or advertising sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Jaipur, manage time effectively, and meet targets and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
