Role Description:

The idea of this job opportunity is to work closely with our sales & service team based out of our McLeodganj office and to handle a multitude of Tasks involving.

- Sales: Attend to queries across different portals such as Websites, WhatsApp, Instagram, Emails & Phone Calls. Need to be good at soft skills, telephonic conversations & command over language (Hindi & English)
- CRM Documentation: Document the interaction in a CRM & act according to the requirements
- Quotations: Create / Share / Revise / Follow up on the quotations as emailed and shared with the client.
- Communications: Integrate client requirements with the operations team seamlessly for on-tour delivery & ensure the same.
- Accounts & Numbers: Keep track of payments/finances and maintain Excel files diligently.
- New Avenues: The above tasks are to be followed and completed across multiple verticals such as Spiti, Kashmir, Zanskar, Ladakh, etc.





Qualifications & Remuneration:

- We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the service, support, or sales field and are open to a senior position as well if the applications suit the requirements for both.
- Since this job is based out of McLeodganj, we would like to hire someone open to relocating to a new location. With this comes a few challenges of being independent and willing to work in mountainous terrain and weather conditions.
- Three-month probation period for training and adjusting to this current environment. After 3 months, we’d be evaluating the performance & comfort for both parties and proceeding with the confirmation accordingly.
- Remuneration: (Open to discussion based on the candidate's experience). Appraisals are based on performance every year.

Location & Timings:

- The opportunity is based out of McLeodganj, Himachal Pradesh. We are open to remote working after a certain dedicated period of understanding the work, expertise & ofcourse a trust level as we work together. Please do inform us if you’re looking for a similar option.
- Mon-Sun (6 Days Working - 1 Flexi Day Off) - 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
- Working hours might extend during the season of May & June.
- Oct end - Nov end is usually an off-season for us & here we offer a mandatory 1 week of leave in turns to all our partners & employees.
- Around the same dates, we also meet once a year for an outstation trip across Himachal or other locations as mutually decided (In short, a paid workacation) over a long weekend.
