Role Description The Sales and Marketing Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for identifying and nurturing prospective customers, managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries, and supporting the full sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, coordinating product demonstrations, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and sales tracking tools.

The associate will assist in designing and executing marketing campaigns, developing product collateral, and supporting digital and offline marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility. The role also involves providing responsive customer service,



coordinating training or product information sessions for clients, and collaborating closely with operations and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present technical information in an accessible way.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship-building, and handling customer queries and feedback professionally.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, pipeline management, and supporting account growth.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales & Marketing skills, including supporting product trainings, assisting in campaign execution, and aligning sales activities with marketing objectives.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field are beneficial.
- Familiarity with industrial or manufacturing sectors, especially materials or engineering products, is an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, productivity software, and basic data analysis to track sales and marketing performance is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, collaborate across teams, and adapt in a fast-evolving industrial landscape.
