- Good communication skills in Russia and English

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions via calls, emails, and chats in Russia and English.
- Provide accurate language support and translation assistance.
- Resolve customer queries while maintaining high service standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain documentation and update customer records as required.
- Deliver a positive customer experience and meet process KPIs.
