Role Description The Retail Sales Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the team member will welcome customers, understand their needs, and offer product recommendations that align with Roar For Good’s brand and mission. Daily responsibilities include maintaining store displays, handling point-of-sale transactions, managing inventory on the floor, and ensuring a clean, organized retail environment.

The role also involves explaining product features, supporting promotional activities, and providing consistent,



high-quality customer service.

Retail Sales

Staff will collaborate with the store team to meet sales targets, share customer feedback, and help create an engaging shopping experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage customers, listen actively, and build rapport.
- Sales and retail operations skills, such as handling transactions, managing inventory on the floor, and working toward sales goals.
- Basic communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain product features and brand values.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, stand for extended periods, and support store operations during peak hours.
- Previous experience in retail or fashion is beneficial, though motivated entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a quick-paced, customer-facing environment.
