Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Interior Designer based in HRBR Layout, Bengaluru. The designer will be responsible for meeting clients, understanding their lifestyle, needs, and budget, and translating these into creative residential interior concepts. Day-to-day tasks include preparing layout plans, mood boards, and 3D visualizations; selecting materials, finishes, furniture, and décor; and coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.

The role involves regular site visits to monitor progress, verify that work matches design specifications,



and address any on-site design changes. The designer will also manage project documentation, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality, client-centric interiors.

Qualifications

- Ability to plan residential spaces effectively, with strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design.
- Foundational knowledge of Architecture and experience working with residential layouts and building regulations.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and technical details for on-site execution.
- Experience in FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, including materials, finishes, and décor elements.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Strong client communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts clearly.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and willingness to work in office in Bengaluru.
- Prior experience in residential interiors, especially in Bengaluru or similar urban markets, is an advantage.
