As a Reporting Analyst - Senior Associate you will support data analysis work that turns information into insights for business decision-making within our Internal Firm Services practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, and use your data, visualization, and statistical modeling skills to support client and internal stakeholder needs while building meaningful relationships and guiding junior team members. In this role at PwC, you will focus on extracting insights from large datasets, interpreting data to inform recommendations, and contributing to work that helps the business respond to changing risk and regulatory needs.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing reporting requirements and translating complex data into clear business insights
- Developing recurring reports and dashboards using data analysis, visualization, and automation tools




- Interpreting trends across large data sets to support decision-making and identify reporting issues
- Validating data sources, definitions, and calculations to maintain consistency across reporting outputs
- Preparing concise reporting summaries and written analyses for internal stakeholders
- Coordinating with teams across risk, regulatory, and operations functions to gather requirements and clarify reporting needs
- Applying SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, and related tools to streamline reporting processes and improve data flow
- Reviewing work products for accuracy and compliance with internal standards and reporting guidelines
- Mentoring junior team members on reporting methods, data validation steps, and issue resolution

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree
- Must have 5+ years of on the job experience of working into Power BI, Data Visualisation and SQL query

-Valuable to have exposure in Salesforce
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- 5 years of experience in Power BI development
- B Tech, M Tech, or M Sc in Maths or Stats
- Proven experience in developing complex visualizations
- Demonstrating advanced ETL flow development skills
- Excelling in data analysis and query development
- Understanding user-centered design principles
- Designing innovative approaches to enhance quality
- Exhibiting self-motivation and teamwork capabilities
- Possessing leadership and interpersonal skills
