Better Works HR is looking for a Front Desk Representative role at Better Works HR is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, handling inquiries, and directing guests or callers to the appropriate team members. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining a clean and organized reception area, scheduling and confirming appointments or reservations, and managing basic administrative tasks such as logging visitor details and handling correspondence.

Representative also supports internal communication, coordinates with different departments, and ensures a courteous, professional experience for everyone interacting with the front desk.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Receptionist Duties, with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Effective Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening,



and polite interaction with callers and visitors.
- Experience managing appointments or Reservations, including accurate scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Ability to handle basic administrative responsibilities, such as record-keeping, email management, and visitor registration.
- Proficiency with common office tools and software (e.g., phone systems, email, calendar tools, and basic computer applications).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy front desk environment.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai on a full time schedule.
- Prior experience in a front office, reception, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
