Noah Infra is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with 3–10 years of experience to join our team.

Job Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Candidate Location: Candidates must be based in Tamil Nadu (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate cost estimates, project budgets, tender documents, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Review construction drawings and specifications to assess material and labour requirements.
- Monitor project expenditure and prepare regular cost reports.
- Evaluate contractor quotations, support procurement, and negotiate costs.
- Verify contractor invoices, payment claims, and progress measurements.
- Manage variations, contractual claims, and final project accounts.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, building standards, and regulations.




- Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and project teams.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3 – 10 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Robust knowledge of construction cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and contract administration.
- Understanding of procurement processes, construction contracts, and local building regulations.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
