Western Heat & Forge Pvt. Ltd. (WHF) is looking for an experienced quality leader to head quality for its forging operations, serving majorly Oil & Gas customers, with the strong focus on Quality, OTD and Cost.

? Quality & Process Control

- Lead quality assurance across forging and final inspection; ensure 100% control plan and UDS inspection compliance.
- Monitor in-process rejection, scrap, hold and rework; improve COPQ and drive Kaizen, Poka-Yoke initiatives.

? Customer Quality
- Achieve zero customer complaints through proactive quality controls.
- Lead complaint investigations using 8D, RCA, Fishbone and CAPA with timely closure of corrective actions.

? Quality Systems & Audits
- Maintain compliance with IATF 16949,



ISO 9001 and customer-specific requirements.
- Lead internal, process and product audits; ensure timely closure of non-conformities.

? NPD Quality
- Support APQP activities and secure PPAP approvals for first-time-right development.
- Coordinate with production and machine shop for timely product launches.

? Team Development
- Build team competency through technical training and skill matrix reviews.
- Mentor quality engineers and inspectors to give their best and Improve Product Quality.

✅ Must Have Requirement:
- 12–18 years in Close Die & Open Die Forging quality, including minimum 5 years in a leadership role

• Strong process knowledge of Close Die & Open Die Forging Hammers & Presses

• Majorly Oil & Gas Products and Automotive forging industry experience with OEM & Exports customers

• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, API, APQP/PPAP and quality core tools

• Hands-on 8D, RCA, Fishbone, CAPA, SPC, Kaizen and Poka-Yoke
