About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our products. You'll plan and execute both manual and automated tests, catch defects early, and work closely with development and product teams to ship high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand product requirements, specifications, and user stories
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform manual testing of web and/or mobile applications
- Build and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium/Playwright/Python/Typescript
- Conduct regression, functional, integration, and smoke testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality-focused input




- Maintain test documentation and reports
- Support UAT and production releases as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing
- Hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing
- Working knowledge of Selenium/Playwright/Python/Typescript for test automation
- Solid understanding of the software testing life cycle (STLC)
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Kiwi)
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- API testing experience (e.g., Postman)
- Exposure to the telecom domain
