Role SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on professional with robust test automation expertise. In this role, you will lead a small QA team while actively contributing to framework development and complex automation tasks to ensure the highest quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a small QA team while maintaining strong individual contributor responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for Web, API, and Mobile
- Achieve and sustain high automation coverage using up-to-date tools and best practices
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Perform code reviews and enforce automation coding standards
- Define test strategies and quality metrics
- Troubleshoot complex automation issues
- Collaborate with developers on shift-left testing

Technical Requirements• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and specialized experience in test automation and framework development.

Core Automation Skills

- UI Automation: Playwright (preferred), Cypress,



Selenium WebDriver (TypeScript/JavaScript)
- API Testing: RestAssured, Postman/Newman, Supertest, Karate
- Mobile Testing: Appium (iOS & Android)
- BDD: Cucumber or equivalent
- Strong programming proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Python
- Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and CircleCI
- Familiarity with Docker, Git, and Cloud platforms (specifically AWS)
- Expertise in Test Management tools like Jira

Nice to Have

- Visual testing (Applitools, Percy)
- Performance & Security testing tools
- Kubernetes and IaC knowledge

AI & LLM Testing

- AI model validation and performance monitoring
- Prompt testing and engineering for robust LLM outputs
- LLM evaluation (RAG, hallucination detection, bias testing)

Key Skills

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to balance leadership with hands-on technical work
