We are looking for Purchase & Stores Head for Alccopave, manufacturing Company based in Kundaim Goa.

The objective is to manage cost-effective procurement and productive inventory management , vendor development on pan India basis and ensuring timely availability of spares, consumables and raw materials while optimizing storage, inventory management and compliance with organizational policies.

Position : Purchase & Stores Head

Location: Kundaim Goa, Kundaim Industrial Estate

Job responsibilities

· Vendor selection for procuring raw materials, spares and consumables .





· Vendor identification and development for non-standard items.

· Negotiations with vendors. whenever required .

· Monitoring PR/PO status and minimum stock quantity.

· Monitoring creditors list and request for release of payment as per the PO terms.

· Follow up with vendors for supply of materials wherever required.

· Monitoring yearly PV and reconciliation.

· Monitoring material consumption and costing in the accounting system.

· Following up with accounts for release of payments to vendors.

· Raw material Stock review with RM Officer on regular basis.

· Monthly operational review data slides pertaining to Stores.

· Monthly WDR certification.

· New item code generation

· Monitoring GRN and material consumption

Monitoring various reports related to purchase and stores in the tally system

Qualifications and Competencies

· Any Graduate.

· Experience is Tally is a must as we use Tally software

· 7-10 years relevant experience in independently handling Purchase and Stores function.

Salary

7.90 Lakh annual CTC
