Jiaan Biotech is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Executive to join our team at Pithampur, Indore. If you have experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance, GMP compliance, and quality documentation, we would love to hear from you!

? Job Details

- Position: QA Executive
- Department: Quality Assurance (QA)
- Experience: 3–5 Years
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology) or a relevant qualification
- Location: Pithampur Industrial Area, Sector 3, District Dhar, Madhya Pradesh – 454774

? Key Responsibilities ✅ Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.

✅ Review, maintain, and control quality documentation and records.

✅ Handle deviations, CAPA, change controls, and risk assessments.

✅ Review and verify batch manufacturing and batch packaging records, as applicable.

✅ Coordinate with QC, Production, and other departments to maintain quality standards.

✅ Support internal audits,



external audits, and regulatory inspections.

✅ Assist in investigations, root cause analysis, and continuous quality improvement.

? Required Skills

✔️ 3–5 years of relevant pharmaceutical QA experience.

✔️ Good knowledge of GMP guidelines and quality management systems.

✔️ Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
