- Site Sourcing & Market Analysis: Identify and secure commercial spaces, strip centers, and standalone buildings for cloud kitchens/restaurants. Monitor market trends and property inventories.
- Budget & Financial Governance: Drive budget planning, governance, internal approvals, and financial execution with stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Closure: Coordinate with Business Finance, Legal, Operations, Design, and Project teams to drive locations through to final lease closure.
- Project Management & Tracking:



Monitor launch milestones, identify risks early, and take corrective actions to ensure on-time openings.
- Governance & Reporting: Standardize launch documentation for legal compliance. Build dashboards to report on site progress and business metrics.
- Strategic Growth: Lead initiatives to improve expansion efficiency, scale operations, and manage regular stakeholder reviews.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee current lease renewals, rent escalations, landlord relations, and the relocation or closing of underperforming sites. Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years of commercial real estate or corporate expansion experience.
- Proven autonomy to work independently alongside solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sharp analytical abilities for budget planning, project tracking, and complex data organization.
- Multi-project management experience with the agility to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills to quickly resolve timeline delays or bottlenecks.
