Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize prompts for LLMs, AI agents, Copilots, and conversational AI solutions.

Create reusable prompt templates, prompt libraries, and best practices for enterprise use.

Conduct prompt testing, evaluation, and refinement to improve response quality, accuracy, and consistency.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, AI Architects, Data Scientists, and AI Engineers to translate business requirements into effective AI interactions.

Implement prompt engineering techniques such as Zero-shot, Few-shot, Chain-of-Thought, Role-based, and Instruction-based prompting.

Define and maintain AI guardrails, safety controls, and Responsible AI guidelines.

Analyze prompt performance metrics and continuously improve AI solution effectiveness.

Support development of AI assistants, Copilot extensions, RAG-based solutions, and Agentic AI workflows.

Create documentation, knowledge repositories,



and training materials for prompt engineering practices.

Stay current with emerging AI models, prompting strategies, and industry trends.

Required Skills:

Robust understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and Copilot platforms.

Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.

Knowledge of Prompt Engineering frameworks and optimization techniques.

Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, grounding, and AI evaluation methodologies.

Familiarity with Python, REST APIs, and AI development workflows.

Understanding of Responsible AI, governance, security, and compliance requirements.

3+ years of IT experience with at least 1+ year in Generative AI or Prompt Engineering.

Relevant certifications in Generative AI, Azure AI, OpenAI, Copilot, or equivalent preferred.+D2
